The National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka (NCCSL) successfully conducted a one-day workshop on “Measuring and Improving Enterprise Productivity” on 28 March 2025 at the National Chamber Auditorium.
Program conducted by Mr. Sunil G Wijesinha, an eminent expert in Japanese productivity techniques who delivered the session with practical strategies to enhance labour, energy, material, and capital productivity. Key insights were shared on ergonomic workplace design, method study techniques, motion economy, and waste reduction inspired by the Toyota Production System.
